The Reception is always staffed when open therefore assistance is always available during the Reception opening hours.
There is no 24 hour Reception service available on the Park however the reception is open from 9am daily and staff are resident on the Park. Should there be an emergency there is a doorbell at the Reception door and contact numbers are available on the Reception entrance and also in the information folder in each caravan.
Tourist Information booklets and leaflets are available from Reception.
The Park itself is in a rural area and therefore the ground is sloping in places, with some uneven bumps and dips due to the wildlife we have in our area! The park is mainly grassed with small paved areas at the steps to each caravan. There are tables/benches provided throughout the park. At night the park is well lit with high and low level lighting.
There is a tarmac slope to the lower area of the park which is 25 metres long, with a gradient of 1 in 6.
Assistance is available from our staff during office hours.
We have a two separate male and female toilet/shower blocks available for public use. The male shower block has one step at the entrance measuring 19cm, with a door width of 73cm. The female toilet block has one step at the entrance measuring 10cm, with a door width of 73cm.
The shower cubicle doorways measure 55cm wide with the inside of the cubicle being wider than this
The laundry is located next to the shower block at the top of a gradual sloped concrete path. There is a small step (5cm) to access the laundry with the door width of 70cm.
The laundry is on one level, with a vinyl floor surface.
We have no shop on site as there is a Morissons supermarket two minutes drive from the Park. We do have Isle of Wight Maps and Guides available to purchase from Reception.
There are three children's play areas. Two have a rubberized play surface and the other has a chipped bark surface. This is enclosed with a wooden plinth edging 20cm high.
Seating is available around the play areas.
The static caravans all have steps to the entrance ranging from one step to four steps. Each step is typically 20cm high. All caravans with 3 or 4 treads have handrails. Most other caravans have a handrail with a few exceptions. If a handrail is required, please ensure that this is requested at time of booking.
Door widths of the caravans range from 60 - 70cm.
Each caravan comprises or a kitchen area, bathroom (1 or 2) lounge/dining area and either 2 or 3 bedrooms.

There are no pets and no smoking permitted in any of our caravans.
The front entrance to the cottage has four steps of 21cm each. The front door is 76cm wide.
There is also a side door access into the conservatory with a small step measuring 4cm high, and the door width is 81cm.
From the conservatory into the dining room there is a small threshold approx 4cm high. Once inside the cottage, there are no further steps.
The floor surfaces are vinyl and carpet throughout.
Mobile telephone coverage is good on the park.
Free WiFiinternet access is available throughout the park.
Television reception on the Park is excellent which is run through a digital system, with 8 channels available in all caravans and the cottage.
Our Reception staff have completed a 'Welcome All' training course in disability awareness.
We are looking at introducing a wheelchair accessible caravan in the future.
We are also planning to introduce a ramped access into Reception.
